All space contracts are noncancellable less than 90 days from Show opening and are nontransferable. If exhibitor defaults on payment, Exhibitor is liable to Shamrock Productions for collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees. For returned checks, a $35 fee will be added to your account. There will be no subletting of space in any show. This includes dissemination of literature and or products for any entity not buying space in the show. Exhibitors must restrict their displays to the space contracted for. Exhibitors may not use the aisles in any way to conduct sales.
Exhibitor agrees to staff booth space during all hours show is open to the public. Management reserves the right to decline or remove any exhibit or contents that are deemed objectionable by show management. Should such eviction or restriction be enforced, show management will not be liable for refunding any fees. All exhibits must be set up prior to opening to the public. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of booth space and monies paid.
All displays and exhibits must comply with all of the rules and regulations of the local Fire Department. Fire exits and alleys must be kept open at all times. All decorations must be made of fireproof material or be fireproofed.
Any exhibit or display that has an unfinished side facing another exhibitor’s display must either have the side finished or draped. No Booths display can encroach or block view of another exhibitors space or protrude into aisle. Exhibits shall be arranged so as not to obstruct the general view nor hide the exhibits of others.
All shipments of exhibitors’ displays or material must be prepaid. Shipments should be made far enough in advance to arrive at least two (2) days prior to the opening of the show.
Exhibitors may not begin dismantling until the posted closing time of the show on the final day. Early move-out is strictly prohibited. Consumers pay to see an entire show. Any exhibitor moving out early can be assessed a penalty fine not to exceed their original space cost. No exceptions.
No signs or other articles are to be fastened to walls or electrical fixtures. The use of thumb tacks, scotch tape, nails, screws, bolts or any other tool or material which could mar the floors or walls is prohibited. Helium balloons are prohibited.
All exhibitors, show staff and entertainers must use the Exhibitors’ Pass Gate. Passes will be issued to all exhibitors during the check-in process. Only paid-up exhibitors will receive passes.
Neither the sponsor of the show, show decorator, building management, or Shamrock Productions, Inc., officers thereof, those managing the show on their behalf, nor their employees will be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise to the exhibitor, his employees or his goods either while in transit to or from the building or while in the building from any cause whatsoever.
Shamrock Productions reserves the right to assign any exhibitor to a space other than that listed on the Exhibitor’s contract without notifying Exhibitor. Every effort will be made to keep exhibitor in their original space.
All space rental charges must be paid 90 days prior to show opening date. Failure to do so will void the space contract and any monies already paid will be forfeited.
Exhibitor shall play no music during the show unless the exhibitor is in compliance with all copyright or other laws applicable to the playing of such music. Exhibitors are solely liable for any music played regardless of whether such music is contained on a video/audio tape, compact disc or electronically transmitted by radio or television.
In the event that the premises are destroyed by any cause or in the event that any circumstance makes it impossible for Shamrock Productions, Inc. to allow any exhibitor or group of exhibitors to occupy the premises, Shamrock Productions, Inc. are released from any and all claims for damages which might arise in consequence thereof.
In the event the show is not produced, Shamrock Productions and its employees, upon refunding of all monies received by them from an exhibitor, shall be released from all claims and damages.
Any Exhibitor conducting food and or beverage sampling must be in compliance with all permit requirements and regulations of the St. Louis County Health Department and the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. All food and beverage sold must be packaged for off-premise consumption.
No outside Food or Beverages permitted in the building.
